Mackenzie's Favorites

    I think Gods and Goddesses are very fun to learn about, though, I have favorites too! My favorite God is Seth, the God of Chaos. My favorite myth is when their are lots of Egyptian people at a party, and Seth states that whoever could fit into the chest he brought would get to keep it. His brother Osiris hopped into the chest just as Seth closed the lid. He took the chest and threw it into the Nile River. His wife found out and "rescued" his body. Seth eventually found the hidden body and cut it into 14 pieces. He scattered the pieces around Egypt. Osiris's wife found all the pieces, and then sent them to the underworld. Osiris then ruled the underworld!
